NEW THIS MONTH:
Everyone knows the benifits of yoga, yet few have time to get to the gym to make a class. Often gyms offer classes at inconvienient times, classes not everyone can keep up with or just simply don't have what you want. Studios, although great, are often expensive and again don't offer everything you may be looking for. I have discovered a site that not only offers everything you are looking for in yoga, but offeres a class for EVERYONE; beginner through advanced, elderly to the most extreme athlete.
Having been through the gammet of injuries and participating in a wide variety of sports, I have found this site to not only continually challenge me but keep me flexable, strong and mentally fit. You can do this in the cinvience of your own home, no comparing yourself to the woman next to you who can wrap both legs around her head while balancing on her pinkey.
While I continue to work towards a certification in Yoga I have found this is a great way to substitute what I cannot get at my local gym. Please continue to check here for updates and new anouncements.
